Job description

PATTERNITY is looking for a positive, active and committed individual to manage studio operations and join the Patterniteam. A super organised individual with an eye for detail, loves processes and is driven by improving systems and task completion. Someone who seeks to understand how things work and feels motivated by making things work better – especially when the results include improved team workflow, simplicity, efficiency and wellbeing.


  • Project planning and task set up
  • Ongoing process and template development
  • Updating project management software
  • Studio administration (digital and paper)
  • Calendar management and scheduling meetings
  • Running weekly and monthly team meetings (writing agenda, sharing notes/objectives)
  • Collating budget and time log reports
  • Managing invoices and contracts
  • Bookkeeping (receipts and project expenses)
  • Digital filing and folder management (Dropbox/Google Drive/server)
  • Contacts management and research (press, suppliers, new business)
  • Managing product sales and press, sample, gift packs (online and project)
  • Assisting on PATTERNITY Website content management
  • Scoping studio and new business enquiries (phone and email)
  • Equipment planning and management (events and studio)
  • Customer service to the PATTERNITY community (online and offline)
  • Planning/managing extended freelance team

  • Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Experience using project management software
  • Experience working in a creative studio/organisation
  • Ideal candidate would have experience in some or all of these areas; office admin, bookkeeping, financial planning, account or project management, team management and recruitment
  • Good industry knowledge of software and open to learning new systems and programmes within PATTERNITY
